Quick start

  1. Create an account and start your free trial at app.gtmcat.xyz.
  2. Add GTMCat Capture from the Chrome Web Store and pin it.
  3. Pair the extension: open the GTMCat dashboard and click "Connect extension" — pairing is one click (no codes to copy). The browser links to your account.
  4. Log in to reddit.com in that browser (or in a throwaway "capture profile" used only to read).
  5. Open the side panel and start capture. Scored threads appear in your Signals inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Does GTMCat post or vote for me?
No. GTMCat is human-in-the-loop. It captures Reddit through your own session, and capture only reads. Public replies are always posted by you; DMs go out only after you approve each one, one at a time. You can send a DM yourself, or approve it and the extension sends it from your own account: at most 10 a day, 90–150 seconds apart, and editing a message cancels its approval. GTMCat never posts, comments, or votes. No bots or sock-puppet accounts, no fake engagement, no bulk messages.
Do you store my Reddit password?
Never. The extension uses your existing logged-in browser session. We store your Reddit username only (for the posting identity), never credentials.
Capture isn't running / shows offline.
Make sure (a) the extension is paired, (b) you're logged in to reddit.com in that browser, and (c) the browser/profile is open. The side panel shows per-profile status; "needs a reddit.com login" means that profile's session expired — open reddit.com there and log in.
Why don't I see private/restricted subreddits?
GTMCat only captures what your own session can see, and never adds restricted-sub content to the shared pool. If your session can't see it, GTMCat doesn't fetch it.
How do I export or delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Export (one-click data export) and Delete everything (purges your account data). See the Privacy Policy.
Billing, plans, cancellation, refunds?
See Pricing and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can cancel anytime by emailing support@gtmcat.xyz; access continues to the end of the paid period.
I hit a usage limit on the free trial.
The trial has capture/credit limits so it stays free for us to offer. Upgrade in the app to lift them — your existing data and setup carry straight over.
